I found David to lack personality, disinterested and communication was the bare minimum. Considering I was an interstate buyer, purchasing the property site unseen, I think a little extra attention would have gone a long way. A little disappointing but he sold and I purchased so a deal was achieved.Currently it’s a vendors market so I guess not much effort is needed from a marketing agent.
