Brett has been very professional and efficient in all communications with us. He has always kept us up to date with potential buyers and provided written feedback on what buyers thoughts were promptly. Brett would keep us both up to date by phone and always had a calm manner. Our property took a very long time to sell so this was frustrating for us, although we did receive 2 offers before accepting the third offer. I appreciate his efforts and he seems like a nice person even though I have never met him in person.

It was a long and carefree sale for us. Long as in it was not a very sellable house with a lot of issues And very much non existent street appeal, yet Murray got the job done in good time and got it sold focussing on the positives and the timing could not have been better for us. Carefree as we are interstate Murray made the sale very easy for us. Keeping us up to date and informed with everything that was happening and made it a really easy process. It wasn't a decision that WE made to sell. The decision was made for us unfortunately and to be honest Murray couldn't have made a difficult time any easier for us. Thankyou.
