Amy answered, booked the inspection and met me at the property on time. She is the perfect agent Amy has a pleasant manner and answers questions well. Amy did all that she promised and more, us not being in the same state as the house being sold was not a problem for Amy, and when we needed help with Council issues Amy took on the task and became our representative to smooth the process. Amy was terrific at keeping our spirits buoyed when interested parties disengaged. She told us not to lose our resolve and not to drop our price. Because of her, we got the price we wanted. She was able to have many parties through our open homes, often more people than attended all the other open homes in the area on each given day.
