On both occasions Scott has been my real estate agent he has been more than willing to go the extra mile, an attribute required in these times of covid limitations and restrictions. He is a very personable young man and his in-depth knowledge of the Beenleigh district coupled with his attitude and knowledge does allay concerns of the seller and the buyer at a stressful time. Thanks again, Scott.

We were so lucky to have Scott Elms help us with the sale of our house. Rarely have we had the experience where everything worked out perfectly (thanks to Scott). He is a thorough, efficient, polite, knowledgeable person, who is great at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him 100%to help you with your real estate dealings. Thanks heaps Scott .

We felt that Scott understood our needs and in addition, was available for follow up information and kept us well informed all the way through the process.

What a professional! Scott was so unfazed by our barrage of "buyer" questions and never made us feel silly for asking them. A small hiccup with keys travelling down the coast instead of being available for a building and pest inspection - Scott was quite prepared to travel to the coast to hunt those pesky keys down. Thanks Scott, you and your team made our move to a peaceful little piece of Beenleigh painless for us and we are so grateful.

Linda greatly assisted us to sell our investment property even though we never actually met Linda in person. We live in Central Queensland and decided to use Linda based on her appraisal and the advice and support she offered. Linda liaised, on our behalf, with the tenants and rental agent to ensure we had good cooperation to have potential buyers inspect the house. As the property was still under a lease agreement Linda only took genuine buyers through to minimize disruption to the tenants. Linda's strategy enabled use to sell our property at a sale price better than expected with the tenants in place but more importantly the property was sold without the need for an expensive marketing package. Before the property sold Linda also arranged for and assisted with having a last minute maintenance issued fixed so settlement could occur on time. I can only highly recommend Linda to any potential property seller (and buyers).

Linda made the the whole process easy and simple from the first call. We listed and sold the property within days. Linda has a nothing is too hard attitude and her list of pre-approved buyers made for an easy transaction with no complications. Her list of contacts to assist in everything from house repairs to solicitors made everything that much easier. We highly recommend Linda.

We had the opportunity to have Linda sell a property for us again recently. Linda nailed an excellent price for our property in record time. Linda's knowledge of the area and her database of customers ready to purchase puts her in a category of her own when looking to find an awesome agent to work with when selling a property. We highly recommend Linda and look forward to working with her in the future.
