Linda greatly assisted us to sell our investment property even though we never actually met Linda in person. We live in Central Queensland and decided to use Linda based on her appraisal and the advice and support she offered. Linda liaised, on our behalf, with the tenants and rental agent to ensure we had good cooperation to have potential buyers inspect the house. As the property was still under a lease agreement Linda only took genuine buyers through to minimize disruption to the tenants. Linda's strategy enabled use to sell our property at a sale price better than expected with the tenants in place but more importantly the property was sold without the need for an expensive marketing package. Before the property sold Linda also arranged for and assisted with having a last minute maintenance issued fixed so settlement could occur on time.
