Linda was amazing from start to finish on the sale of our property. She went above and beyond and kept us informed and kept us updated the whole time. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

It wasn't an easy sell for Linda, but she still managed to get our asking price. Linda updated us every week, we felt like we had 100% of her time and dedication. Linda is very professional. We would highly recommended Linda to anyone.

I found Scott to be very helpful during the purchase of my property. He was happy to answer any questions I had, and the purchase went through easily. He was always happy to show me through the house when it suited, which I really appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to sell their house.

We had been thinking of selling for some time and because of our past relationship with Scott he would always be the agent that we chose. Scott worked very hard for us in the preparation of our property as we are no longer owner occupiers. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott including meeting trades people, arranging carpet cleaning then the final job a hand, finding the right buyer. We had multiple offers on the first open home and we are more than happy with the outcome. We would recommend Scott to anyone as we believe in his ability and you will be assured of great service.

We bought our property through Scott and the entire process was fantastic. Although there were delays and changes in the process that were outside of Scott's control, he managed them extremely well and kept all parties informed. At no time did I feel Scott was unapproachable or working only for the seller, Scott's professionalism in ensuring the best result for all parties concerned is why I would use him again and highly recommend him to any other potential buyer or seller. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Scott and I look forward to doing so again when we look at future properties.

Linda McCabe from the property hub has been fabulous to deal with on the sale of our investment property. Always kept well informed with as little disruption as possible during the process. We would without a doubt recommend Linda as the choice for a local agent!

Linda took us through our first home buying experience, and we could not be happier with her! From the moment we met her, she was very down to earth, easy to talk to - and honest. That was what I loved about her most, as some of the previous agents we had met were unfortunately a bit dodge... Linda never pushed anything - she took a lot of time out to show my partner and I through multiple homes, she was patient and always kept us up to date with everything we needed for a smooth transition. Also - we found she had a world of knowledge over every aspect of home renovations (she sounded like a pretty keen renovator herself!)- so picking her brains over renovation costs and what-not was really helpful and ultimately led us to choosing our first home fast! As a real estate agent - this woman is tops! But honestly - it felt like we were being shown the ropes by a friend more than anything and we are truly grateful for the little things that Linda did to go over and above to make our first home buying experience exceptional and one to remember... I wouldn't hesitate recommending you to others, and our warmest gratitude to you Linda, for everything. Cheers - Ash & Hayley
