To all potential Vendors (12.06.2015) I had the pleasure of dealing with Linda McCabe, selling three of my properties in the Beenleigh / Eagleby area over the last few months. Linda was fantastic to deal with. Always punctual, very reliable and an excellent communicator. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Linda and she always greeted myself and perspective purchasers in a very happy and professional manner. Her retention of information is key, along with the enormous data base created over many years in the industry. In my business I meet a lot of agents, so I can speak from experience in saying that I’d be more than happy to use Linda McCabe again to sell my home and strongly recommend her to other vendors. Highly knowedgeable in the local area
Scott Elms is a highly knowedgeable agent who is very familiar with his local area. I was overseas during the sale of my property but found Scott always easily contactable via email or telephone.

Scott made recommendations that would assist in the sale of our property which was applied, this we believe assisted with the sale of our property. Scott made our purchase very easy and stress free
