One of the most relaxed, informative realtor we have met. Scott was very helpful with the process of purchasing our first home. He stayed in touched with us throughout the whole process and was available for any questions we had. Wether you are buying or selling a home we highly recommend Scott. His can do attitude with his knowledge of the property market gave us the confidence that this was the right property for us.

To all potential Vendors (12.06.2015) I had the pleasure of dealing with Linda McCabe, selling three of my properties in the Beenleigh / Eagleby area over the last few months. Linda was fantastic to deal with. Always punctual, very reliable and an excellent communicator. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Linda and she always greeted myself and perspective purchasers in a very happy and professional manner. Her retention of information is key, along with the enormous data base created over many years in the industry. In my business I meet a lot of agents, so I can speak from experience in saying that I’d be more than happy to use Linda McCabe again to sell my home and strongly recommend her to other vendors. Yours sincerely, Greg Seymour

Scott Elms is a highly knowedgeable agent who is very familiar with his local area. I was overseas during the sale of my property but found Scott always easily contactable via email or telephone.

From when we first approached Scott we found him very motivated and knowledgeable about assisting with the selling of our property. Scott made recommendations that would assist in the sale of our property which was applied, this we believe assisted with the sale of our property. During the whole process from first approaching him to the final sale of our property he communicated very well which we were impressed with. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone who is selling their property

I really wanted a good agent but instead I got a GREAT agent! Scott delivered a positive selling experience from the get-go. He is, without doubt, a very approachable, kind and warmhearted person, Uncompromisingly Professional, thoroughly consistent, hardworking and always communicates well. Never missed an opportunity for an open home or a possible sale, has extensive local knowledge and is committed to a result. I knew if I found him approachable a buyer would also. Achieved a fantastic sale price in a competitive market. A five star job, would Highly Recommend him to anyone!

We have recently purchased a property in Windaroo and Scott was the selling agent. Scott was extremely helpful with his local knowledge and he made the buying process very easy. We were always able to contact Scott with our many questions and he was always willing to put us in contact with the appropriate people. We highly recommend Scott and his team at The Property Hub and thank them for making our purchase stress free.
