Property sold within a month of contacting Linda. The sale was conditional to allow the tenant to stay for the remainder of her 11 months on the lease. Despite this issue Linda was very quick and efficient and sold the property within a month of listing and for more than I was expecting to get. Very happy, she always kept in contact a with me with updates.
