Gena went above and beyond to keep my partner and I in the loop about the sale of our property. She maintained regular communication and advocated for us when interacting with prospective buyers. Gena ultimately helped us to negotiate a far higher sale price than we were expecting, which we were delighted with given the current state of the market. Something else we really appreciated was that Gena assisting us to find a new property after selling. We realise she did NOT have to do this for us as the property we were interested in was being sold through another agency. Despite this, Gena went out on a limb to provide us with advice on bidding, her thoughts on the property market, and support when we needed it. We had a brilliant experience with TOOP+TOOP and would use the agency again if we ever sell our new house.
