There are “agents”, and then there are Agents. Jordan and his associate Makeeley fall into the latter. Whether you are buying or selling and in most cases both, as I was, Jordan was amazing, outstanding actually. He treated me like a person with care and consideration often giving me his time when it was already stretched in a million ways. He is a remarkable human and an even better Real Estate Agent. The process of selecting an agent to represent you can be an arduous one paved with emotional ups and downs. Even though Jordan didn’t represent me and I purchased from him, he outdid my own agent I had selected in selling my home. I will always remember those first 10mins of walking into my soon to be ‘forever’ home; and I am grateful our paths crossed. Jordan and Makeeley are professional without posturing on being aloof, warm hearted and genuine. Perhaps a reflection on the legacy that Anthony Toop has left behind. We selected James after speaking to a number of agents. James worked tirelessly to promote my heritage listed forest and house site property. He spent a lot of time contacting various Government Departments in order to answer potential buyers questions, of which there were many as this was a unique property. He braved the cold and wet weather to show buyers the property on multiple occasions during one of the the wettest Septembers in years. James eventually found a a conservation minded buyer which was my wish from the start. An excellent job.
