Alex and Hayley met with us on site the same day we made contact with them. • Both were particularly helpful when asking for clarification on the process. • Alex and Hayley kept us well informed of the process and dates for the upcoming sale. • Feedback from open inspections was personal, by phone at the end of each inspection, and a follow up email. • Their honest feedback of the potential buyers left us feeling positive that a suitable outcome would eventually be had, and we could trust in their professional advice (which we asked for) regarding a final sale price and conditions of such sale. • Their supervision of the admin processes of both TOOP+TOOP and the sales documents etc again was with complete consultation and guidance. We were looking for professionals to sell our property, provide us with honest feedback to guide us to make a sensible final decision on the sale. Alex and Hayley provided that advice and guidance and we felt comfortable. We particularly liked their personal traits, very pleasant personalities and easy to discuss issues.
