Anita was personable but professional. I appreciated the insight about the area, as she clearly had knowledge and understanding of the Adelaide Hills, and Piccadilly in particular, which I appreciated as someone new coming in. She was thorough in meeting the needs of the vendor, but also myself. I felt that she fostered a personal connection through the handover process, despite the fact that we never met.
