I was impressed with Anita's marketing strategy which displayed a very thorough knowledge of how to attract prospective buyers and achieve the desired sale price. Anita was AMAZING , after initially being hesitant re auctions she was able to give us insight as to why this would suit our particular situation , she advised us on what to do to ensure a great price and put us in touch with a styling company to help us along the way . When we were ready to sell for the price we wanted ( a record for our street ) she then managed another $50 ,000 from another vendor ! She was brilliant every step of the way and we highly recommend her
