To be frank, I have not anticipated how the result of selling 32/188 Balaclava property due to current lock down situation, after I try contact Joy PIC of Tracy Yap Realty on 10/7/21 in communication, she showed enthusiasm ,motivative and strong consent to provided good advice with good achieved ,committed will try the best selling for vendor. One month later on 16/8/21 she reports some buyer come to view property, any one buyer look interest with bid good price and next day, Joy come to me point ask if happy buyer offer $970,000,- please signed exchanged contract ,then I answer agree and happy to signed . for her great achieved ,much appreciated ,congratulation and thank you Joy Hsieh
