I would have no hesitation recommending Fiona to any vendors looking at selling their properties. Selling a property is a big decision in life, it can be an ecstatic and joyful experience in a rising market but can also be a rather worrying experience in a market downturn. Fiona always tries her best to make vendors and buyers feel at ease. From the first moment I met Fiona, I immediately felt comfortable with her extensive local knowledge and her strong communication. Fiona seems to know every street in the local suburbs particularly the suburb of NSW2122. In the beginning, I did an extensive agent shopping having interviewed and contacted 9 agents in the local area but somehow I did not choose them as other agents often pushed their own unsuitable marketing approach too forcefully or leading their initial interview into an unintended interrogation. Fiona's strengths are her strong communication skills, her understanding of vendor's unique requirements, her patience in explaining concepts to people, her quick response and adaptiveness to the ever-changing market conditions. I feel that some of the most important aspects of a good agent are that they must be contactable and that they must understand the vendor's requirements. Fiona is always responsive and contactable! She grabbed the right buyer and didn't let the chance slip by.
