I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Fiona Lee and the team from Tracy Yap. From my first phone enquiry their service was completely professional from the accurate and realistic market appraisal to a tailored campaign reaching the widest audience. Fiona was also able to adjust and tweak the campaign to take account of some challenging and changing circumstances. Fiona was always available, interested and communicated personally by phone and text message with all viewer and contact feedback and followed up by email and with statistics showing the level of interest in the property. Her negotiating skills and sale closing strategies achieved the price we hoped for and she followed this up with close liaison between the legal parties representing both vendor and buyer.
