Sale of house
We have used Tracy Yap's Real estate a few times over the past years and have always found her and her staff to be very professional. They have always kept us up to date with current information. They sold our house in two weeks getting the price we asked for. We would also, like to thank Juliet for her patience and profession manner polite manner. Great Agent
Tracy has ample experience in buying and selling properties in the Eastwood, Ryde, Epping.....plus areas. Although she is very busy during a work day, she never miss your call......she always get back to you in a very short time. Gentleman in the industry
Danny Yap just sold Mums unit in Marsfiled . Danny is a thorough gentleman . Very kind to my elderly Mum . His no pressure and professional approach is second to none . Excellent Agent!

The best agent you should get
The most important thing for you to sell your property is finding a right agent. Danny is the best as he knows the market well and he has a big database of purchasers. It helps my properties sold in no time...Strongly recommended ! !

Like a guardian angel
Everything from start to finish was handled promptly and precisely. All info and suggestions was helpful to complete a successful sale. However, initial recommended sale price range was not achieved which was a bit disappointing but other than that, everything went smoothly without any incidences. Very professional, highly recommended.
