Andrew offered us a realistic perspective of the current market and where our property fell within the price structure of the geographic area. He had a clear idea of the best way to present the property to potential purchases. We thought the advertising and marketing plan was practical and aimed at presenting the property without trying to oversell it. Open days were regular and we learnt the best way to get interest about the property. Andrew always rang after each open day and reported what had transpired and his intentions. When it came time to negotiate a price Andrew was always focused on what he believed we could achieve and at the same time reiterating that it is our property and while he may have a view it is us who always have the last say about how we should proceed. If I was to have another property for sale in Bendigo I would certainly contact Andrew and his team.
