Top knotch Service!
We decided to sell our home to move interstate and being our first home, we had no idea of the process nor what to expect. I called a few local agents and decided to go with Andrew from the minute he sat at our kitchen table!! His genuine nature and friendly nature was agents winner with us! He was forth coming agents and honest from the very beginning, helping us understand what our responsibilities were every step of the way. Andrew was always calling or replying to txt messages at any time of the day to put our minds at rest with the process of our sale. Andrew is certainly one of the friendliest people we have met in a while and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided us. We felt like his friends as opposed to being his clients! Andrew recently sold my investment property. He is supported by a great team of people who keep you updated on every aspect of the sale. Andrew was also very courteous to our tenant, which was very important to us as you do not want to risk upsetting a quality tenant during a marketing campaign. Would never go anywhere else.
Andrew and Dan are the best agents we have come across and believe us we know a few. They were professional, informed, they knew their job and just got in there and did it. We never had to worry if they were actually doing what they said they would. We were notified weekly on updates with our property. It's a good feeling to know that your agents are doing everything they can to sell your property and you know it. No sleepless nights, they handled everything and more. We felt part of the process and that we were a team. If you are looking for an agent who does what they say they will when trying to get your business, then look no further. We certainly wont be. We couldn't be happier!
My husband and I selected 3 different real estate agencies to "interview" when it came time to sell our house. The first agents were over the top and trying too hard to make the deal. The second agent took a long time to warm to, to "sell" their style. When Andrew came to meet with us we immediately felt comfortable. We were recommended him by a friend and we now understand why people recommend him so much. His professionalism, personal approach and commitment is outstanding. What you see is what you get, a person (no smoke and mirrors) who cares about and works hard for his clients. We had never sold a home before and he made the process all so easy. His communication was absolutley above and beyond; always keeping us immediately up to date and informed on everything and always made himself available to our questions and requests. We sold our home in 5 days at a price that was more than what we expected. Without a doubt we would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

A note about Andrew Pearce
As that ancient TV ad used to say, 'When you're on a good thing, stick to it'. This is the second time Andrew has sold a house for us. And like the first time, he didn't let us down. Throughout he remained optimistic and attentive and patient. We didn't have to call him about the state of play; he always called first. Nothing was too hard or too complicated. He was cool and calm and never lost his wonderful sense of humour. Selling a house is never easy, but Andrew made it feel as if it was. What more could you want?
