About Zeta

Zeta Schriber founded Twomey Schriber Property Group in 2014 alongside Kev Twomey and now oversees our property management department and provides support to the team. Zeta is an experienced property manager and had her own property management company in Cairns for ten years before joining forces with Kev. Her continued success in the property management sector is a testament to her commitment, transparent communication, and ability to build relationships. Zeta’s team of property managers are committed to not only preserving our landlord’s investments but also enhancing the value and maximising returns. Just as important is selecting the best tenants and meeting their needs and requirements so they feel at home. Zeta’s goal from the beginning has been to create a company culture and workplace that she and her team can be proud of. She has a genuine care for her staff and wants everyone to enjoy coming to work. One of her favourite quotes is from Richard Branson and it’s that your clients do not come first. Zoe Rossi is the Head of Department for the Twomey Schriber Property Group’s rental office. A natural communicator, Zoe focuses on building strong relationships with clients and tenants alike. She always strives to achieve premium results and has a strong work ethic built on hard work and outstanding attention to detail. Having worked in real estate for over 9 years, Zoe has developed a high level of industry knowledge. She is a loyal and dedicated leader who is passionate about supporting her team to achieve their goals. She is caring about the needs of others and seeks to bring out the very best in people. Zoe is right at home within the Twomey Schriber Property Group, feeling that the culture within the business supports her and her teams growth and progress. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Kylie brings extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people achieve the best outcomes with their properties. After beginning her career in sales in 2001, she transitioned to Property Management in 2013, where she has since built a reputation for her professionalism, problem-solving skills, and strong commitment to customer service. As a fully licensed Estate Agent in both Victoria and Queensland, Kylie has the qualifications and experience to manage investment properties with confidence and care. She takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike, ensuring properties are well looked after while maximising returns for owners. Originally from Melbourne, Kylie made Cairns her home in 2020 after more than 15 years of visiting the region and falling in love with its lifestyle. Away from work, she enjoys travelling, camping, and exploring new places.

Very professional competent and thorough

I've found Twomey to be very professional managing my rental property. They are quick to reply to email queries and have kept me in the loop regarding maintenance issues. Natalie, in particular is very responsive to calls. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
