My property was always going to be a huge challenge to sell because it was a high-end property, needed a lot of work to prepare, and I live 2,000kms away. Together, we came up with a preparation plan and set a budget, then Karl arranged absolutely everything for me, constantly keeping me informed of progress along the way. The sale process was long and frustrating due to several uncontrollable factors, but Karl never deviated from our plan, and would always come to me with suggestions, but was also willing to listen and adjust to my input without bias. Karl's team in the background were also absolute champions right through the whole process. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Matt's energy and enthusiasm for his work is second to none! His communication was excellent throughout the whole process and he went above and beyond what was expected. He arranged tradesmen at short notice to prepare the house to go on the market and was always ready to assist when needed. Matt's knowledge of the area was outstanding and he had some great marketing and presentation ideas which led to a great result. I would highly recommend Matt, 5 stars!!
