Shira sold us our block of land a couple of years ago. Since then we have touched base with her in regards to the market and keeping up to date on the area. We then decided to sell and because of the great communication we chose to ask Shira to sell our block for us. She had excellent knowledge of the Coral Coast resort and really understood the sense of community and benefits of living in this area of Palm Cove and this convinced me to run with her as our agent and we were not disappointed.
