Some of the ways that Karl and his team were described included professional, personable, knowledgeable, full of tips for buying and selling, great local connections and constant communication. I agree with all of this and am so happy we chose Karl to buy and sell through. Our home was sold within days after the first inspection and we were able to purchase off market. What was most important to me was the fact that Karl took the time to get to know our family and what we were looking for. We can’t thank Karl enough for such a pleasant experience.
