He went above and beyond to assist us with securing a rental property in between selling our house and waiting for our new apartment to be built. Some of the ways that Karl and his team were described included professional, personable, knowledgeable, full of tips for buying and selling, great local connections and constant communication. I agree with all of this and am so happy we chose Karl to buy and sell through. Our home was sold within days after the first inspection and we were able to purchase off market.
