Rachel initially sold us the apartment in Trinity Beach. Rachel has always been so helpful through the years we have owned it. If you want an agent to go above and beyond to help you, then you cant go past Rachel. The customer service I have had is second to none. Zoe was fantastic at letting us know what we need to do to prepare our property for sale. Every one of her suggestions made the property look perfect for the day of sale. Zoe worked tirelessly to bring people through the house and show them the potential for a very nice lifestyle. Zoe kept us informed along the way and provided lots of really good communication. It was fantastic to have her as our agent and she sold the property within 10 days for more than what we were expecting. We thoroughly appreciate and recommend Zoe, very professional and knows the Cairns market extremely well. We also acknowledge how Zoe managed the expectations of the buyers and found the best fit for the sale. We had three offers on the table and Zoe maximised the fit for us. We can’t recommend Zoe any higher for an agent who knows Cairns Property for a buyer or seller.
