Tim was very polite, professional and patient. As a first home buyer he took the time to go over everything with me in detail. He assisted me with absolute kindness and professionalism throughout the entire buying process and beyond. He was present for every property related appointment and nothing was too much trouble. I had walked away from another property because the agent was pushy - this was definitely not the case with Tim. 100% recommend!

Shira was wonderful from the start, even when prior to selling when we looked for our first house. We had another very popular agent in our area who promised the world but didn’t deliver. Probably as they were too busy. Shira took over the sale just before we moved to the uk and handled everything including checking to see the house was in a good state, liasing with the holiday let agency and regular phone calls at times that would be around 9/10pm in australia. Even on her holidays she was checking in. She is very honest and told potential buyers anything that was not the norm with how the house was built to not waste time or money for anyone. This was even congratulated to her by the original architect as I think many have lied.

Second place with Tim. One bought and one sold a professional each time and succeeds where others fail. Always should be first choice.

Shira was a delight to deal with. Not pushy or arrogant but helpful and informative. Made the whole process pleasant and smooth. Negotiations with overseas vendor was made easy. Even after the contract was signed, Shira continued to be very helpful with all the handover details. Could not more highly recommended.

Rachel initially sold us the apartment in Trinity Beach. Rachel has always been so helpful through the years we have owned it. If you want an agent to go above and beyond to help you, then you cant go past Rachel. The customer service I have had is second to none. I have bought and sold in many Australian states in the past numerous decade and Rachel is a clear winner as far as Real Estate agents go. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Tim went above and beyond. Great advice and feedback. He was always contactable and kept in touch at least several times a week to keep us informed of the progress. Would highly recommend him for the sale of properties.
