We met Karl when we were looking at purchasing a house in 2020 and knew when we went to sell it had to be with him. Not to mention the regular market updates we had been watching on YouTube for some time. He gave us great advice to maximise our sale price and gave us contacts for staging, mowing, cleaning etc. He made time to attend our house to go over everything multiple times and managed everything for us remotely once we moved. He even had people through our house on a Sunday! For the amount of time and effort Karl and his team put in, his commission rate is very reasonable. He was always happy to answer calls and texts, kept us up to date and has a lovely team working with him. Our house sold for more than we thought it would and within the first week of it being advertised. We would definitely recommend Karl and his team.
