Tim gave us excellent advice in the building up to the first showing. Once Tim had shown the property and received some offers he carried out a review and gave us advice on which offers were troublesome and why and which offer he thought had legs. The same day I contacted the agency, Karl responded. By the next day he had inspected the property and sent me an appraisal with recommendations for how to proceed. He returned my calls promptly and soon had a potential buyer. And this was before any marketing of the property. He was able to do this because he had an extensive potential client base and had good rapport with people. Karl presented an offer that met our expectations and we soon had a signed contract. Karl is the ultimate professional but with a very human heart.
