Appreciation: Tania Saranov for the management of our property. We really appreciate all Tania and Twomey Schriber Property Group have done within such a short period of time since taking over the management of our property on the 28 February 2019. Our Tenant had vacated our investment property on the 11 February 2019, and by the 27 February 2019 the property was still in no state for a prospective tenant to move in. Unfortunately for us the Tenant had vacated the property with their bond paid to them despite the state it was in (poor) whilst under the management of Elite (Whitfield). However due to Tania’s professionalism and efficiency, we had a tenant year marked to move into the property within two weeks of Twomey Schriber Property Group taking over the management of the property. The Tenant moved in on 19 March 2019 and on the 21 March 2019, we received a very detailed Entry Condition Report and with all the confirmed dates for the required cleaning, maintenance that was supposed to have been completed by Elite on the weekend of 16-17 March 2019 before the Tenant moved in. On Monday 25 March 2019, a positive respond was sent to Tania by our Tenant on the cleaning and maintenance of the property. (Happy Tenant) Honestly, we so great full. We have had very bad experience with Elite and this has been a real calm after the storm for us. We are so happy to have Tania back managing our investment property. Tania had been our Property Manager for the past three years whilst with Elite and we did not have any issues at all whilst she was managing our property until after she left Elite . She has been very prompt to response to our emails/ phone calls including attending to the repairs/maintenance of the property promptly. She has been very fair and objective to both the Tenants and ourselves and very polite. It has been a real great pleasure working with Tania will not hesitate to recommend her services to our family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you

The Twomey Schriber team are amazing, I was self managing and about to relocate interstate so asked them to have a look at my unit. My tenant of 4 years had also decide to vacate the same day I was leaving town and asked if I could handle the vacate clean and take it from her bond- I was a little stressed to say the least. Nicole gave me some great tips on some minor repairs that we're very afforble options, there was a body corporate repair that needed to be attended to which Nicole emailed through to the body Corp manager that same day! They arranged the clean and remainder of the bond to be returned, and had a new tenant in place immediately! They were also optimistic on the rent figure and encouraged me to increase it when advertised which resulted in me getting an extra $30 per week! I can't recommend them enough, they truly manage the property to get the best result, the most suitable tenant and they even go out of their way to make sure you are not paying too much on landlord insurance and that body corporate are doing what they are supposed to with not just my unit but the complex itself!
