We have sold and bought 3 times from Matt. He's good at what he does, however I did feel when selling he was more proactive for the buyer then me the seller.. me. After the contract was signed, I never saw Matt again.

Engaged Zoe Wicks to value and sell our investment property and was extremely impressed with her professionalism and market knowledge. She valued the house at much higher than we anticipated and we were able to sell with multiple offers for even higher than the valuation. Zoe kept us abreast consistently with open home results, levels of interest and offers so we always knew how the property was tracking.
