Tim recently sold an apartment for me in the Cairns one complex. I was impressed from the beginning when we had our initial zoom meeting. His presentation on how he would go about selling the apartment was thorough, well thought out and made logical sense.During the sale process I found Tim to be easily contactable easy to communicate with and never overbearing or pushy. He was very helpful with a few issues we had during the sale for which I was very appreciative. I believe Tim did an excellent job of achieving our goal, I would use him again and I would recommend him highly to anybody.

When choosing my agent Tim stood out as very knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and motivated. When assessing my unit Tim was confident that he could achieve a sale price over what I was thinking and true to his word sold my unit for $10 000 more than I expected and to top that off he sold my unit in only 2 days. I can't thank Tim enough for going the extra mile for me, listening to my needs, his professionalism, calm demeanour and of course his amazing sales skills. I also liked the fact that due to Tim's excellent communication skills, I at no time felt pushed or pressured into making a hasty decision.
