Rachael was an absolute joy to work with. She was totally professional and always had our best interest at heart from beginning to end. Her advice etc to sell our home was absolutely commendable. Her professional dealing with all potential buyers and open homes was second to none. We would recommend Rachel to anyone who wants an extremely professional realestate agent who you will end up calling a friend. If we could give her 10 out of 10 we would give her 20. 🤗

I loved working with Tim Lyon from start to finish, for the sale of my unit. His knowledge within the industry and current market was extensive. He is an absolute delight to working with and I highly highly recommend him to all sellers and buyers of the properties. Thanks again for everything Tim!!!

Tim recently sold an apartment for me in the Cairns one complex. I was impressed from the beginning when we had our initial zoom meeting. His presentation on how he would go about selling the apartment was thorough, well thought out and made logical sense.During the sale process I found Tim to be easily contactable easy to communicate with and never overbearing or pushy. He was very helpful with a few issues we had during the sale for which I was very appreciative. I believe Tim did an excellent job of achieving our goal, I would use him again and I would recommend him highly to anybody.

When choosing my agent Tim stood out as very knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and motivated. When assessing my unit Tim was confident that he could achieve a sale price over what I was thinking and true to his word sold my unit for $10 000 more than I expected and to top that off he sold my unit in only 2 days. I can't thank Tim enough for going the extra mile for me, listening to my needs, his professionalism, calm demeanour and of course his amazing sales skills. I also liked the fact that due to Tim's excellent communication skills, I at no time felt pushed or pressured into making a hasty decision. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone wanting a true professional to sell their property.

We purchased an investment property recently from Tim and have continually been astounded by the level of service he and his agency provide. Purchasing from interstate is never easy, but Tim made it easy. From personalised video walk through's to chasing up and arranging third party inspections, nothing was too much. Even after the sale has settled, Tim is still going out of his way to make sure all our needs are met. Could not recommend him highly enough!

Tim was very transparent during the price negotiations and quick to respond to my queries, which was extremely helpful as I was unable to view the property He always kept me up to date with progress on my purchase and was helpful is giving me quality contacts for building surveyors etc. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone considering buying or selling their property.

I believe buying a property is one of the most important thing that can happen in one’s life, and you really want to know what is going on during the process. Tim is the best communicator. He was very responsive the whole time since we met him in one of his open inspection. After we put our first offer, he kept us updated when he planned to presente the offer and when he expected he would let us know (all without us asking him). We were really impressed. Even though our offer didn’t get accepted for the first property. Time kept in touch with us and showed us the second one. We were not sure after the first inspection and asked for the second one. Tim was very patient and arranged the second inspection for us immediately. And that’s the property we got! Tim always presents himself very professionally and speaks in a great manner. If he misses our calls, he always calls us back very soon. We are extremely happy he is our real estate agent. He provides a very pleasant property purchasing journey and 100% for sure we will go with him again if we are buying/selling properties. Sorry Tim I wish I could give you more than 5 stars but the system wouldn’t let me :)
