Tim is a true professional and what he does . His communication, professionalism, service and knowledge is 2nd to none . Being from another state is always hard when selling a property but for myself and my wife who met Tim just once were very confidant we had the right man for the job and the outcome of the sales only confirmed this . We could not fault anything and give Tim and Twomey Schriber 10 out of 10 .

As we were searching for a property in Cairns for investment (initially) and residency (long term), we looked at several options, without really knowing what would actually suit. Living in Melbourne, we had only visited Cairns a couple of times and did not know the area in detail. As this was also our first attempt to buy a second property, we were inexperienced and not sure about what we were looking for, or even what questions to ask. This is where Tim came in. Since our first contact, he asked the right questions and showed formidable patience in guiding us amongst options. He made sure we never felt pressured and provided alternatives that aligned with our developing requirements, always listening as much as he gave suggestions, making us comfortable with a process that could otherwise have been stressful. Tim went over and beyond in his efforts to ensure that we got answers to our questions and were presented with the best options for us. At no time did he make us feel like we had to follow his advice and it was quite clear that he had our best interest at heart. In summary, we would recommend Tim Lyon to anyone looking for a property in Cairns and we thank him for his patience, his willingness to share his extensive knowledge and making the journey both pleasant and rewarding!

We were extremely impressed with Matthew. His approach towards us was as though we were his only client. His understanding of reality, current market trends and professionalism from the moment we met him through to the sale of our property for us was stress free as Matthew was always a step with advice concerning solicitors, conveyance’s etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Matthew to anyone selling their property. Extremely impressed.
