I found Karl to be professional, a clear and concise communicator. He quickly organised trades people to get house ready for sale within reasonable timeframes. I felt he demonstrated significant experience and was able to provide a good rationale for his valuation and approach to marketing. Other agencies had suggested a much higher valuation which I felt was an attempt to get my signature.
