I have using Peter Shervey for the sale of my home units for a long time now. His knowledge of the local market is second to none. He knows how to manage any concerns the buyers may have and really makes an effort to ensure the sale goes smoothly and that all parties concerned are always well informed of the progress of the sale and are satisfied at the settlement.

Tim was fantastic. My wife and I didn’t know a lot about Cairns and over the weekend we saw many properties by many agents but by far Tim was the best so polite and helped with all of our questions and needs. If you are buying or selling in Cairns Tim is the man to do it with.

If you’re looking for a realestate agent that is going to exceed your expectations in all areas - communication, information and sale price then you have found your man. Such a smooth process from the get go and mark reached a sale price far beyond our expectations. Thanks again Mark

Tim’s market knowledge of the Cairns region is second to none. Dealing with Tim was stress free because of his high level of integrity and his genuine passion for real estate. We’ve dealt with many agents over many years in Sydney (where we live) and I can honestly say that Tim leaves them in his dust! We couldn’t recommend Tim highly enough! Tim, you have Scott and I as clients for life, we won’t look any further than you. Thank you so very much, Heidi Crawford.

From the moment we met Peter we knew he was going to be so easy to work with, the experience and genuine personality absolutely shone through, we cannot say enough great things about our experience, We would give Peter a 6 star rating if it were possible, we were so impressed we now have enlisted Peter to sell our previous home. Definitely a class above and we are over the moon with our purchase.

I found Tim very approachable, confident and optimistic! He is well versed in market trends and listens patiently. He is skilled in building relationships and ultimately these skills are what closed the sale!

A pleasure to deal with, up front with information, very helpful and communicative. Pleasant, polite and cheery. As a buyer Karen was very forthcoming with information to help us make a rapid decision on our purchase. Unlike many other agents Karen knew what she was selling. This was a boon to me as a buyer as all my queries were answered rapidly and honestly.
