We currently live overseas and heading back home early 2023 and have been property hunting since mid 2021. We have dealt with so many real estate agents and no one really cared about our situation because we were living overseas and just ignored us and will take days to reply to emails and would only contact us if the property did not have enough interest. Some were terrible, some were okay but no one was as awesome as Karl Latham. Now Karl Latham was completely different to deal with. He was outstanding and was easy to deal with, always available even with our overseas time difference and was very personable. Even after turning down a few other properties he would still take us seriously when we enquired and finally we purchased and will be building our forever home. If not for Karl we would still be property hunting and we were lucky that this property was listed by Karl. Thanks mate and keep up the great work. As you said It Was Meant To Be!

Rachel assisted me with every aspect of the sale of my property. She provided me with great advice on each step of the process and managed everything for me as I do not live in Australia. The service she offered was of an extremely high standard and I am grateful for her expertise, sound advice and willingness to assist. This made for a really pleasant sale experience. Thank you Rachel! I would highly recommend her.

From our first interaction, Tim demonstrated dynamic flair, impressive knowledge of his specialist area of the market and a courteous professional manner. We were kept fully informed throughout the process aa Tim negotiated with the multiple interested parties in achieving a better than expected sale price within days of the property being marketed.
