This is the second time I’ve dealt with Karl Latham and the Team at Twomey Schriber Property Group. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for making my journey smooth sailing. The team had the balance right and the service provided was extremely professional along with a personal touch. They are most definitely experienced in the industry. I felt at ease during the entire time from the appraisal stage through to the settlement date. I highly recommend using Karl Latham and the team at Twomey Schriber Property Group.

We didn't need to research Agents as we knew Karl previously from purchasing our home through him. This time around we were provided the same high standard...if anything he has improved with age lol. He is a professional, his open communication, knowledge of the market and research skills is evident through the whole process. Karl has amazing assistance from Andrea & Cathy & together they make a diligent team.
