We gave Shira a try after several attempts to sell our property with various agents. Shira is a true professional from start to finish, who understands customer service, which is relatively rare in this region. I believe buyer and seller were both happy with the outcome.

If it weren't for Rachel's proactive attitude we may never have been able to purchase our home. We were locked up in hotel quarantine but she went the extra distance to allow us to view the property via a Skype call. This gave us the impetus to make an offer which was accepted. The service continued right through to settlement and nothing was ever a bother to Rachel. We are very grateful for the positive experience! We would not hesitate in recommending Rachel as an agent.

Rachael is an amazing agent with whom I have worked with twice now. Both times Rachel's advice was invaluable and definitely the reason we achieved more than what we thought we could, quicker than we could have expected. I can not recommend Rachel enough.

Matt is very professional. Very trustworthy person. Made a big decision to buy property on the phone without doing inspection. We were so lucky that we got him as our real estate agent. No fuss at all. Very real, honest and helpful. Our experience was beyond expectations.Thank you Matthew and T S team.

We chose Rachel as we were impressed from the first meeting. She paid attention to the smallest detail which made us feel that she took an interest in us and we were not just another commission. Our house was going to be hot in the market and a quick sale. Rachel was very professional in arranging private inspections and working in with our time frame. A great result was achieved in a short time.

Tim Lyon
Tim Lyon is an amazing agent. My wife & I are grateful for his stickability. We gave him a difficult list of desires for our new apartment. He found it on the top floor, corner unit with elevator. Lots of flow through breeze & light. We are delighted. He handled very well the issue of a lease holder who couldn't decide about leaving. We would definitely look at using Tim's services again.
