I found Giles' had great market knowledge and his communication is second to none. At no point did I prompt Giles for any information, it was offered before I asked for it. I had been looking for a property for 5 months and this was by far the best experience. Previously from other Sales agents i felt pressured to offer more money, which is a complete turn off for me.
