Mark's enthusiasm and his knowledge of the local market gave me great confidence in him achieving my desired price. Other agencies placed a target of around $280,000 for my property (at least $60,000 less than Mark). His knowledge and drive as an agent has seen the sale of my property reach the target price as I'd hoped. Instability with contracts gaining financial approval, Mark was very proactive to keep the sale alive.
