Giles sold my first property to me. He was wonderful to deal with and patient with my unavailabilities during work hours. He was really friendly and lovey as well as efficient. I had to make a query about the property maintenance 6 months later and Giles went to the lengths of contacting the old rental tenants for me. Highly recommend him, he was fantastic.

Our journey up North was one faced with many challenges, in a short amount of time. But thankfully, with Karl as the agent of our dream home, we knew we were in professional, dedicated and understanding hands. Karl's communication with us throughout the entire process was second to none! He personally took time to get to know us, our story, and support us in any way possible. He perfectly balanced meeting the needs of the seller and buyer, which is obviously key to excellence in real estate. We couldn't recommend him and his company more. We are truly blessed to have had his knowledge, experience and support. Exceptional on every level. Thankyou!

Giles is one of the best agents around Cairns, especially in Bayview Heights. Very intimate knowledge of the market, if you are selling he won't inflate the estimated sales price just to get your listing.

This is the second property we have sold through Giles, with this property being one he also sold to us. Each time he made getting the property ready for sale very easy by coordinating work for us and keeping us closely updated. We would recommend Giles to others looking to sell or buy in Cairns.

Tim achieved an outstanding result for me. My property was sold on day one with a selling price somewhat higher than the advertised one.

Giles was great to deal with as a buyer. He always made himself available for any questions or queries and worked hard to get us a timely response. It was clear that he possessed a vast knowledge of real estate in Cairns. Thanks Giles.

Karl impressed us from the outset. We needed to sell our property remotely. Karl gave us excellent advice on preparing the property for sale, identifying defects and suggesting possible enhancements. We were most impressed by his project management throughout preparations for the sale. He obviously has an excellent rapport with local tradies, and he was able to secure their services in a very timely manner. From our point of view, he ensured that our house was in excellent condition which allowed us to achieve the price we were hoping. Karl kept us fully informed throughout the works and marketing stages and achieved a quick sale. He is backed by a team of competent and willing workers.
