Mark has recently sold an investment property for me. Actually he has done more than that… a LOT more. I am located in a different state and so I was relying on Mark to be the local person looking after the sale of the property. Because it was a tenanted property Mark had to liaise with the property manager, the tenant, the buyers and me. He makes it seem easy to juggle all these interests but we all know it is not that easy. One of the most important things to most property vendors is to feel that they are getting all the information about their property sale. Mark’s hyper-active approach to communication is amazing. It leaves you in no doubt you are up to date with what is happening as it happens throughout the whole process. It’s the best form of customer service. We experienced a few complications around timing of the sale, when to take the property to market and Mark gave great advice.
