Fantastic agent
I had Mark in mind for a year before putting my house on the market. I had contacted him previously and was very happy with the information he provided. He answered all me questions and was honest in his delivery. Once the house was on the market he kept me up to date, discussed the market sales in the area, the open house feedback and our options going forward. When an offer was made Mark was able to secure extra through negotiations. I would happily recommend Mark to anyone looking for an agent.

Professional and Friendly Service
Took on purchase of the property at a very busy time in my life and Karl was very understanding of my circumstances. While obviously representing the seller's interest, he also demonstrated an excellent understanding of my position. I felt he provided a fairly realistic insight into the Cairns market at a time that I had little knowledge of it.
