Karen was lovely and easy to deal with however I did feel under pressure to make a hasty decision and under other circumstance I would have walked away. I dont normally respond to "other bidders that we cant tell you anything about for confidentiality purposes" but as I really needed to purchase this property at that time I felt pressured into making a decision and paying more than I wanted to. A good quality from the sellers perspective though I guess.🙂 And at the end of the day it was still my choice.

Kev kept in touch without all the nonsense that other agents seem to think is wanted. He arranged for some special needs to be met e.g. lawns mown before open days.
