Karen made the whole process of buying a property so easy. Nothing was ever too much hassle from the moment we contacted her to view the property to the day of settlement, Karen was always on the end of the phone ready to answer any questions we had. Even during the negotiation phase we never felt pressured to increase our offer. In fact, Karen was open and honest with us during this process which gave us the sense that she was working for both the vendor and our selves to ensure all parties were comfortable with the figure reached. I could not recommend Karen high enough she is an absolute real estate professional without being one of those pushy over the top agents that you come across. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Even right up to and including settlement day there was never any issues at all, though I know had there been Karen would have ensured they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending or using Karen in the future for any real estate purchases or sales we may embark on.
