I chose Giles to sell my house in Bayview Heights because I did some research prior to making contact and we agreed to work together to get the results. What I noted was that he had a lot of experience in selling houses in Bayview Heights; the houses he listed were not on the market for very long prior to sale and his marketing strategies worked (eg. open house every weekend). My house was on the market for two weeks when we had an offer came in and a fair price was negotiated. Good outcome for all!

My experience with Tim as my agent was terrific. He provided excellent service from the very first time I met him. He was so knowledgeable about my property, the building and its features, the market and potential buyers. Following Tim's advice I sold my property quickly and got a result which exceeded my expectations. What I really appreciated was that Tim kept in contact with me almost daily, updating me on perspective buyers and supporting me all along the way. His personal attention made me feel like I was his most important client. Though I suspect all his clients feel like that. His enthusiasm and energy are amazing. When I first spoke to Tim I was in Melbourne and he informed me he would ring me in Cairns on a certain day. I was surprised when he rang me at 9 in the morning on that day as I found most agents didn’t return my call. Since then I have been really pleased with the service and advice I have received from Tim. Even after we bought through Tim he has given us outstanding service in checking to see if things were progressing how we wanted.
