I highly recommend Mark Sheridan. A above and beyond real estate agent. Fantastic at his job.

Thanks again for everything. Difficult journey but we got there in the end.

Without question the most affable and knowledgable agent in his field (and we have met scores of them over the past few years). Kev has the knack of making you feel at ease and right from our first meeting until the sale was complete, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. He has been the consumate professional and gave us the confidence to complete the sale knowing there was 'someone in our corner'. We would recommend him unreservedly and are very grateful for his services. Cheers kev.

Karen was lovely and easy to deal with however I did feel under pressure to make a hasty decision and under other circumstance I would have walked away. I dont normally respond to "other bidders that we cant tell you anything about for confidentiality purposes" but as I really needed to purchase this property at that time I felt pressured into making a decision and paying more than I wanted to. A good quality from the sellers perspective though I guess.🙂 And at the end of the day it was still my choice.

Karen was very well organised, always optimistic and gave us a balanced perspective of the value of our property and the likely timetable for sale. She is highly communicative, very well organised and completely reliable. She should be your agent of choice!

Went above and beyond to help. Very open communicator who was focussed on closing a fair deal for the vendor. Came highly recommended and did not disappoint.

Kev kept in touch without all the nonsense that other agents seem to think is wanted. He arranged for some special needs to be met e.g. lawns mown before open days. Other agents seems to make it all about them, but Kev was no nonsense and gave great (and honest) advice. Buying or selling in Brinsmead - go with Kev. Thanks.

Having just been thru the experience of selling a home which is very taxing at the best of times, I had the pleasure of dealing with Karl and the office team. Being a results oriented individual, when questioned by Karl re asking price etc, I asked his opinion as to what the market would pay. I was pleasantly surprised by his answer and consequently the final outcome. I would happily recommend Elite Real Estate as I found their professionalism encouraging and helpful. Thank you to all who participated. James S.
