When we decided to sell our house we call Mark straight away without any hesitation knowing his reputation and his enthusiasm. Every meetings were super efficient and very informative. We live in Gladstone and we were not sure how the distance would effect but Mark made it possible and easy enough for us to deal. Our first open home was scheduled on the same week when Cyclone Debby was approaching. I had no expectation of positive outcome from the open house. However Mark made everyone feel welcome with great energy and that is how quickly our house was sold! Negotiation was another part of the story. He managed to settle more than what we expected and more than what was going on the market price. Big Thank you to Mark for all that he has done for us. It was real pleasure dealing with him. I have heard that selling one's house is one of the most stressful experiences there is. In a way I can agree, however, my house was one of those 'different' ones, it didn't fit any local criteria there was nothing to compare it with. I thought I had a good product but you never know and the timing and price have to be right. Considering all the above I must have been lucky. The first looker bought, she fitted my profile, loved my house apparently. The bit where Giles comes in is he immediately recognized this and made sure I realized how fortunate I was to have this buyer straight up. It may seem a bit of a stretch to say it was a 'fun' experience but dealing with Giles did make it fun. He is a great communicator, punctual, and an adept 'seller'.
