We found Shira to be very easy to communicate with and thoroughly professional in her dealings. This would not have been easy for her considering we were in Melbourne and she was in Cairns. House was on the market with another agent for months with little feedback, no offers minimal communication" I wasn't quite sure of changing agents at first not sure what I would be getting into Mark is very upbeat and enthusiastic I took him on just days before I left Cairns which was very stressful. Mark happily kept an eye on the now empty house during the sale process. There was an offer within days, unfortunately if fell through due to their finance falling through. Mark contacted a previous enquirer into the property who renewed his interest and Mark converted this into a sale

Kev provided efficient, accurate and prompt promotion and sales service. Kev saved us considerable advertising costs by unselfishly advising us on a staged process. This was successful due to Kev's accurate pricing on our home and pre clientele lobbying prior to promoting our home in a very short time frame (only a few days before first open home). Our home sold after the first open home! Kev's follow up post sale communication and completion of sale was also of a high standard. Lastly, we had purchased our home from Kev and then sold again by Kev.
