Great result
Giles had thorough knowledge of the Cairns market, was respectful and communicative, gave us wonderful advice on preparing our home for sale, had a great marketing strategy, and sold it after only one weekend of open homes. With three children under 6 years old, a potentially stressful experience was instead relatively painless and very successful. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend Giles as an agent.

The world makes way for the man who knows just where he is going!
My wife and I have known Kevin, now, for a number of years and during that time we have become greatly impressed by his drive and sense of purpose in everything he undertakes. So, when we recently decided to sell our home, calling on his services was 'a given' and we can state with conviction that at no stage did he let us down. His professional approach to all aspects of the transaction both with marketing our property and attracting an overseas buyer as well as his detailed attention to currency exchange and associated legal matters proved our decision to be the correct one.
