Our initial meeting was very casual but exciting, I called upon his advice and knowledge to guide me through the process from start to finish. Nothing was too hard, if anything it seemed fairly easy which played on my emotions as selling a house can be very stressful. I was greeted with an unexpected gift basket at work one morning from Kev, which had a wealth of information in it plus some tasty goodies. I was impressed as I could do my own reading from the data supplied, which compiled of his story, snap shot of my home and stats of the area of recent sales in comparison to my house, his fees, advertising options, time frame of anticipated sale of contract what happens next and what to expect from the unexpected. They say knowledge is key and it sure lightened the load to be provided this. After doing a few minor touch ups around the house I went to contract and my property hit the market in record time. Throughout the duration of the Sale I cannot commend Kev and his team enough, I had no reservations that I was in good hands and that he will deliver on his word. I called Giles as I knew that he had a high profile in Bayview Heights, and straight away he was attentive, courteous and professional. Within a couple of days he had evaluated the property, recommended some easy things to do to boost the appeal of the property, advised me of his marketing strategy and suggested the most likely price range. After the first open home he presented us with an offer and advised us against signing it as he felt that he could achieve a better price with more favourable conditions. He was right. On the day before the second open home, he received a verbal offer from a buyer who had not set foot inside the house. He insisted that the buyer inspect the property thoroughly before making an offer. The inspection occurred, the buyer was satisfied and a written offer was submitted. Giles negotiated the deal so that we sold for a great price with no complicated conditions. It was a painless and stress free sale. Thank You Giles.

Hi, I just wanted to write a few words with regards to Giles and the service he provided me with the sale of my property. I enlisted Giles help to sell my property after a frank and honest discussion about the current market conditions and my situation. I was looking to clear some debt and didn't have a lot of equity in my property and I explained that achieving the highest possible price was imperative to me and my family. After the first open home, I had two offers; one of which Giles would not receive a commission due to the nature of who the offer was coming from. Giles informed me of this and explained that I would be better off financially taking the offer in which he did not receive a commission and that he was more than happy to organise that for me. I think that this kind of behaviour from Giles showed an incredible amount of integrity and loyalty to me, the client. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Giles to friends and family looking to sell their home and believe that he will provide the same level of service and commitment to all his clients.
