Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Knowledge on the market, area and building was beyond my expectations. Peter is down to earth, humble and nothing was to hard.

I bought my first block of land off Karl back in 2009 and later built my first home. Over the years, Karl has consistently celebrated each anniversary and wished my family well every Christmas. This service and dedication to his clients meant it was a non-negotiable to go with Karl when it came to selling my beloved first home. I knew I could trust Karl and his team to act in my best interests, be honest with his appraisals and provide valued advice on the market and when to sell. Additionally, selling my home was a distal experience, with me living hours away. His team provided constant communications and exacting steps of what needed to be done. Karl and his team alleviated so much stress from this process and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have been both a buyer and seller with Karl as my agent - you can trust him and his team to do right by you.

I recently purchased a property through Karl and his team. From the initial inspection, through to the offer process and every step through settlement there was fabulous communication and plenty of friendly smiles. It made the buying process so much easier. I would absolutely go through this team again.

This is the 3rd time we have used Karl and his team in the last 12 months. He's the best in the business and you've got rocks in your head if you consider any other agent in Cairns. For our most recent property sale, Karl and his team were professional, kept us informed and up to date, and got us an incredible price. They're down to earth and easy to work with. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future.
