Shira gave us initial advice regarding selling the property with and without renovation. She let us know her estimate of the price we could achieve for each case. She kept us informed about buyer interest after the Open House sessions, and followed up on interested parties. She also dealt effectively with a few last minute issues so that settlement could be made on the agreed date. We feel she achieved a fair price for the property within an quick time-frame. .
